How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Some items will be non-returnable. Thank you.

If you are sending CNA Medical a defective part for exchange, repair or warranty work:

** You may request an item return within 30 days of reciept.

** We must receive your parts/equipment to be exchanged before an order can be placed. Use only DHL or Federal Express for the return of defective parts.

** Product must be in condition of original shipment, and product's packaging must be intact to avoid any additional fees.

** Carefully pack the item in its original carton or other suitable box to avoid damage in shipping.

** Upon inspection, CNA Medical reserves the right to deny any refund for product that has been damaged or tampered with by the customer.

** Credit is variable based upon condition of the product.

** Returns are subject to, but not limited to, a restocking fee (depending on manufacturer.)

** All parts to be exchanged must be acceptable to the manufacturer's standards.

** If your exchange board has a ROM or Eprom chip, it must be removed before sending the board to us for exchange. Manufacturers will not search for the Rom/Eprom on the defective board. They assume it has been removed. CNA will not be responsible for lost chips.

** The customer will be responsible for freight and insurance when returning items under warranty.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We obtain most of our quotations directly from the manufacturers. If they announce pricing changes our prices will change as well. If their pricing stays the same, then our pricing will not change.
